Do you offer IT asset buyback or pay for used equipment?

Sometimes—when devices still have remarketable life and your policy allows reuse after defensible sanitization or destruction of sensitive media. We triage honestly: recovery when it makes sense, and documented recycling when it does not. See our IT asset buyback overview for how evaluation works.

Do you wipe hard drives?

Yes. We provide NIST SP 800-88 aligned sanitization paths and physical destruction options when required, with serialized documentation suitable for audit conversations.

Do you offer pickup?

Yes—commercial route-based pickup across Northern Minnesota including Duluth, the North Shore, and Iron Range communities. See our pickup routes page for published cadence.

What electronics do you take?

Common business IT including laptops, desktops, servers, networking gear, POS systems, monitors, printers, drives, school Chromebooks, and office electronics. See our “what we take” page for a fuller list.

Do you work with businesses?

Yes—our process is built for businesses, schools, healthcare offices, municipalities, nonprofits, and MSP-supported environments that need defensible chain of custody.

Can old laptops be reused?

Often, yes—when sanitization and policy allow, we pursue refurbishment and responsible remarketing. When devices are end-of-life, we document recycling outcomes instead of treating equipment as anonymous scrap.

What happens to recycled electronics?

Materials are directed into responsible recycling streams with documentation. Our default posture is reuse-first; recycling is the path when reuse is not realistic.

Is pickup free?

Free pickup is available for qualifying business equipment volumes and sustainable routes. Text photos or call—we will tell you plainly if your lot qualifies.

Do you destroy drives on-site?

Destruction methods depend on policy, volume, and logistics. Ask during scheduling—we will recommend an approach that matches your risk level and evidence requirements.
