What “qualifying” means (plain language)
Free pickup is offered for qualifying business equipment volumes and routes where logistics remain sustainable. That usually means commercial IT retirements—not one-off consumer drop-offs—scheduled alongside other stops in your corridor.
If you are unsure, text photos of the stack. We will tell you quickly whether it fits a route window and what documentation path applies.
Route scheduling that feels operational
Published cadence reduces “we will get back to you someday” energy. Review upcoming pickup routes and then confirm your week—we adjust for weather, access, and real-world delays like any competent field operation.
Accepted equipment (high level)
Typical business pickups include laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, networking hardware, POS gear, drives (installed or loose), and office electronics. Hazardous or highly regulated streams may require special handling—ask during scheduling.

Service area
We serve Duluth, North Shore communities, Iron Range cities, and surrounding Northern Minnesota corridors. City pages live under service areas.
Security is not optional
Free pickup does not mean loose handling. Serialized tracking and secure wiping or destruction paths still apply—see hard drive destruction for how we handle data-bearing media.
